AutoDELFIA features a completely new Manager instrument user interface program, together with a Workstation program for managing and reporting results

  • AutoDELFIA Manager 3.0

    Performing essential device operations, this manager features new graphical user interface and operational modes for improved workflow management. Being easy to learn and use, it reduces the need for training. Fully integrated with the PerkinElmer punchers, worklists are automatically picked up when plates are loaded. The new HOME PAGE, SYSTEM MAINTENANCE and PLATE VIEW features enable one-glance overview of the screening process, tracking of mandatory maintenance routines and more effective tracking and management of plates respectively. Software protection with user specific access rights and audit trail is included along with improved reagent pipette error handling and recovery features.
  • AutoDELFIA Workstation 3.0

    Used for managing and reporting screening results, this workstation replaces the current counts-to-concentration software. It retains the same four modules as in the GSP® Workstation (Kitlot Editor, Plate Generator, Result Viewer, and Quality Control Program), however The user interface and usability are based on SpecimenGate®, PerkinElmer’s dedicated informatics solution for newborn screening laboratories. The workstation automatically imports kit lot data, using new 2D-barcoded AutoDELFIA kit QC certificates. For improved safety and reliability, there are no manual work stages and the risk of user error is minimal.

AutoDELFIA is a fully automatic system for sensitive and reproducible quantitation of analytes commonly used in neonatal screening programs.

All kits employ the sensitive and robust DELFIA® chemistry, based on timeresolved fluorescence. Every assay stage including measurement is performed automatically and results are easy to interpret and manage. 

Worklists from the punching device can be interpreted automatically, and positive sample IDs are provided for superior traceability if using barcoded sample collections cards.
