For an instrument service contract please contact your local PerkinElmer or PerkinElmer partner network service representative. PerkinElmer’s diagnostics service network comprises trained and certified engineers with substantial experience in maintaining PerkinElmer and partner equipment. All PerkinElmer and PerkinElmer partner network engineers have direct access to latest manufacturer technical support, procedures, documentation, training, and parts to ensure maximum uptime for your equipment.
Each delivery of a new instrument will come with manufacturer warranty covering the instrument for possible defects in materials and workmanship. For full coverage during warranty including manufacturer required preventative maintenance PerkinElmer recommends a service contract be purchased also for the warranty period.
